My yoga classes combine grounding practices with a contemplative approach, creating space for both body and mind to soften and rejuvenate. I offer Yin Yoga, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra classes designed to gently release tension, settle the nervous system, and support deeper awareness. These practices invite stillness and introspection and help you reconnect with yourself. Alongside yoga, I integrate guided meditation and mindfulness practices.

My aim is to create a safe and peaceful environment where you can step back from the pace of daily life, let go into the practice and rest deeply, so that you can leave rejuvenated, calm and focused.
