My approach


My approach to psychotherapy is integrative and collaborative. I work primarily from a Schema Therapy framework — helping people identify, understand and change long-standing life patterns (schemas) that shape how they think, feel and relate. I also draw from person-centred, systemic, attachment, and ACT, according to the person’s needs and the therapeutic plan. I place great value on creating a secure therapeutic relationship: once safety and trust are established, we can gently explore difficult experiences, map patterns, and experiment with new ways of responding. The work balances insight and healing with practical, cognitive and behavioural strategies so change is both understood and embodied.
I offer a thorough assessment and craft a therapeutic plan in collaboration with you. Sessions are paced to your needs, and we review progress to adjust the approach as required. I attend to emotion, cognition, and behaviour with particular attention to lived experience. I can work in a more directive, structured way to help you reach specific goals, or provide a safe space to attend to wounds from the past or explore unfinished business while addressing attachment and relational dynamics. Where helpful, I refer to other professionals to support the work. I practice in Greek and English.

You can easily schedule a 10-15 minute free consultation through the website’s dedicated button or by contacting me directly via phone or email. The goal of the Consultation is for both of us to assess and decide if we are a good fit.
Is yoga integrated with therapy?
Although my practice of each may enrich the other, yoga and psychotherapy are distinct offerings. Each is provided in a different context, with its own methodology, protocols, and aims.
